Caleb and Ava had an amazing first school year here in Kentucky with Caleb in 1st grade and Ava in Pre-K. They both adjusted beautifully into their new schools last fall and loved going every day. Next year they will both be at Buckner Elementary with Caleb in 2nd grade and Ava in Kindergarten. My parents/Grandma Mary & Grandpa Albie visited on the kids last week of school and was it ever a fun filled packed week of events! Ava had her field day, Caleb had his field day, girls nail painting outing, last day of school pool party at our neighbors, my dad's birthday, Caleb's 7th birthday and birthday party, Ava's dance recital, and then fun visits to the zoo, Lynn's Paradise Cafe, Louisville Slugger Museum, Downtown Louisville Waterfront park. And of course Caleb got in his wrestling with Grandpa and Ava got to do her famous make overs on Grandma.
