Such an amazing and wonderful time we had when Peter and Vanessa came to visit us in Kentucky! They got to see a bit of every kind of weather while here- 60 degree sunny days, severe tornado- in the basement day, and a 2 inch snowfall day the morning they left to go back to MN.
We did just about everything- walks in the neighborhood, feeding the ducks, feeding the horses, fishing at the pond, Ava's kindergarten registration at Buckner Elementary where Caleb goes and Ava will go next year (Peter & Vanessa got to get a tour of the school by Caleb), wrestling (Caleb sure had Peter going with all the wrestling:), Ava's dance class, lots and lots of make overs (nails, hair, etc, ), nail salon in town for us girls, Ava wanting to dress and do her hair like Vanessa every day, Caleb's last basketball game of the season and trophy, visited Craig's work office, dinner at Stoney River steakhouse- so yummy, candy land games, bed time stories, the Zoo, Lynn's Paradise Cafe, and just being together:) I got so very used to and just loved having Peter and Vanessa here, did not want to see them go, and the kids were having such an absolute blast with all the super fun attention and love they got from their Uncle Peter and Aunt Vanessa! Absolutely nothing beats having family come to visit, the memories and time together:)
