All year Ava has been so excited for her big dance recital just like last year! This year she got to do 2 dances: Tap dance to 'Help Me Rhonda' and a Ballet dance to 'Hey Jude'. Her Grandma Mary and Grandpa Albie were here in Kentucky to watch her at her recital just like last year. My parents put in so many hours while I was dancing growing up and are so excited that Ava seems to be following in my dancing footsteps. She practiced all year every Tuesday evening at the dance studio. She just loves everything about dancing: learning all the moves, practicing, the pretty new costume each year, doing her hair and makeup and performing in front of her family and everyone in the crowd. In the past few months she has begun to do dance moves while walking around the house, out and about for errands, in our cul de sac. I think we definitely have a dancer for many years to come and I can't wait to watch her!
