Ava Rose. You turned 5 today and what a great day you had! Your birthday started off with your favorite breakfast, waffles- Then off to school you went where you said they sang happy birthday to you- When you got off the bus you your bus driver told me how you had filled him in on the drive home about how it was your birthday and that you were having pizza and cake tonight and opening some presents, and then this upcoming Saturday you are having a birthday party with your girlfriends to a nail salon and tea party (quite excited you were for all the bday festivities to come)- After school we took Jada for her daily walk and delivered birthday party invitations to your girlfriends in our cul de sac- Then you opened your birthday mail letters- For dinner we had one of your favorites, pizza- I always make you and your brother's birthday cakes by your request, and this year you requested a ballerina bday cake, but couldn't decide between Angelina ballerina or your barbie ballerina, so we did a little of both:)- After cake you opened your presents from us: nail manicure station, bath time baby doll and a ballerina jewelry box- You skyped on the computer with family in MN and received lots of phone calls to wish you a great birthday!
Your energy, smiles, laughter, ideas, questions, hugs, silliness, kisses, fun, and love make you the amazing girl that you are! I love you so very much, and look forward to all that 5 brings and fabulous memories we will continue to make!
Wow, she had a busy day! Looks like she enjoyed her cakes! Very cute! Sent out her card:) Hopefully she will get it soon!
