It had been a little rainy/gray this Thursday, so when Caleb got home from school at noon, we headed to the Mall of America. Ava has been on a carousel before, but Caleb has never wanted to. However, Thursday was the day he decided he was ready to do it!
Friday (today) was a VERY rainy day, I'm talking the heaviest rain I've seen in some time.
When the rain finally let up in the afternoon, the kids and I took Jada for a walk. With their rain boots on, Caleb & Ava had lots of fun splashing in the puddles along the way. Then, spur of the moment, I took the kids bowling late afternoon and had such a blast! They patiently took turns and Caleb was very aware of watching his score up on the tv screen above. I've said it before, but oh how much I love watching these kids of mine play, grow, smile and experience life together:)
